Deposits

 20% deposit 14 days prior to your function date, balance due upon delivery.

Deposit will be non-refundable if our services are cancelled within 48 hours prior to function date.

Number of guests to be confirmed 72 hours prior to function date.

Pricing

Prices quoted are based on 100 guests (unless otherwise specified).  Please add $1.00 per person from 50 to 99 guests, and inquiries should be made for parties of less then 50 guests.

All menu prices are guaranteed at the time of booking.

Please note that the Provincial Sales Tax (P.S.T) and the Goods and Service Tax (G.S.T) are extra, and have not been included in the per person menu price.

Rentals

We would be happy to look after your rental requirements (China, cutlery, glassware, tables, chairs, tents, etc.).

 Our fee is 25% of the before-tax rental cost.

Gratuity

We will add a 15% gratuity charge applied to the food cost.  This is applicable only to catered functions.  This gratuity is divided up between all staff responsible for the success of your event.
